I offer a no-cost 1-hour initial assessment so that we can explore your needs and goals.

I provide a written, detailed work proposal within one week of our assessment.
I identity and recommend a website platform that supports your needs with functionality that streamlines your work process. (Note: I currently build most website in WIX.)
I offer a monthly auto-payment program with a 20% down-payment.
Upon hire, I use a detailed process to capture your brand, preferences, current tools and process.
I provide a unilateral confidentiality agreement to protect your interests.
I work closely with you throughout the development phase to keep you close to progress and make adjustments as needed during the build.
I coordinate directly with your providers when needed.
I support your initial website roll-out and announcement.
I provide training to help you maintain non-design related parts of your website (scheduling, products, classes, etc.)
I stay available to you after roll-out and offer design maintenance services as needed, as well as technical support for your expanded functionality.
